A Weekend for a Great Cause

And some are about something bigger.
Cowboy Con 2026 brings together Western heritage, entertainment, music and community for a three-day event in Newburgh, Indiana — while supporting an important cause close to the heart of the local community.
The event is a fundraiser benefiting Bread of Life Ministry, Inc., whose food and clothing bank and pantry has been serving families in Warrick County since 1973.
From August 14–16, 2026, Camp Brosend will become a meeting place for Western fans, families, performers, musicians, special guests and everyone who enjoys a little bit of the Old West.
The Event
The 2026 edition of Cowboy Con celebrates the legacy of the American West with a weekend filled with entertainment and activities for the whole family.

Guests are also encouraged to embrace the spirit of the weekend and dress in their favorite Western wear — with prizes for those taking part.

Special Guests
Among the announced guests are:
Bruce Boxleitner
Known for a career spanning television, film and the stage, Bruce Boxleitner has become a familiar face across several genres — from Westerns to science fiction and television drama.
Patrick Wayne
The son of legendary Western actor John Wayne, Patrick Wayne brings a connection to Hollywood’s Western heritage that feels especially fitting for this year’s celebration of the Old West.
Martin Kove
Known for numerous film and television roles, Martin Kove is another of the announced guests joining this years´s event.
Country music artists and additional guests will also be part of the event.

The Cause
Bread of Life Ministry, Inc.
Behind the entertainment and Western atmosphere is the heart of a fundraising: giving back to the community.
The event supports the Bread of Life Ministry’s food and clothing bank and pantry in Warrick County.
Established in 1973, the organization provides assistance to families in the local community.
For Cowboy Con, the spirit of the Old West is therefore about more than history, music and entertainment.
It is also about community, generosity and helping others.
More Than a Weekend
The event brings together many different elements — Western heritage, entertainment, music, family activities and special guests.
But perhaps the most meaningful part is what happens beyond the event itself.
